When Will Photos Be Taken?

Photos will be taken on Saturday June 7th at the CTBC studio.  Dancers should arrive photo ready at prior to their assigned time.

Who Gets Their Photo Taken?

Every student gets photographed. If they are in multiple classes/routines, they will be photographed in each costume. If your child is not present for the photo day, they will not be able to get their photo taken; there will be no reshoot.

What About Sibling/Buddy Photos?

Time permitting, your child can be photographed with a sibling or a best buddy. Though we want to make sure you can get a buddy photo, priority will be given to the classes or routines in the event we fall behind schedule or there are many more dancers waiting.

Can I See the Photos As You are Taking Them?

Unfortunately, no. This is due to the high number of students and limited amounts of time that we have to photograph them.

When Do I Order Photos?

You will receive an email after CTBC Photo Day letting you know when the photos are available for proofing online. You do not need to pre-order. The purchasing galleries will be available online for four weeks, after which time they will be taken down.

How Do I View and Order Photos?

The photos will be available online for viewing, proofing and ordering at the following website:  https://joshbrewsterphotography.com/CTBC

All photos will be available a-la-carte as prints and digital download packages.

Why Would I Want A Digital Download?

Digital Downloads allow you to have the image to print as you like, as well as make calendars, photobooks, use in personal slide shows, etc. You can upload them to Facebook, send relatives the image via email or put the image on your smart phone.
